How we use engine sizes.
Porsche Panamera fuel economy and CO2
The Vehicle Certification Agency’s new car data lists the Porsche Panamera from 2010, and still lists it. On the WLTP test (listings 2025 to 2026), official combined fuel economy for its petrol versions ranges from 22.7 to 27.2 mpg, with CO2 of 236 to 283 g/km; plug-in hybrid versions are rated at 64.1 to 74.5 mpg (weighted). On the older NEDC test (listings 2010 to 2018), official combined fuel economy for its petrol, diesel and petrol hybrid versions ranges from 22.6 to 113.0 mpg, with CO2 of 56 to 293 g/km; plug-in hybrid versions are rated at 91.1 mpg (weighted).

Plug-in hybrid figures are VCA’s weighted values, which count driving on battery power as
well as on fuel.
VCA’s data has no Porsche versions for 2019 to 2024, so the years listed may leave out years the Porsche Panamera was on sale.

On affected vehicles the cabling for the crash sensors in the door trim panel was incorrectly assigned which can delay the side airbag trigger in certain crash situations.
