How many Mercedes-Benz CLC-Classes are left in Great Britain?
There were 8,412 Mercedes-Benz CLC-Classes licensed in Great Britain at the end of March 2026, and a further 1,041 declared off the road (SORN).
That is 36.6% fewer than the peak of 13,266 in 2014.

Of the 8,836 Mercedes-Benz CLC-Classes licensed in the UK at the end of 2025, 60.7% have an engine of 1,701cc to 1,800cc, and 32.2% have an engine of 2,101cc to 2,200cc. The share with an engine of 2,101cc to 2,200cc has fallen from 38.3% in 2014 to 32.2%. Petrols made up 61.6% of those licensed in 2014 and 67.8% in 2025.

Mercedes-Benz CLC-Class fuel economy and CO2
The Vehicle Certification Agency’s new car data lists the Mercedes-Benz CLC-Class from 2008 to 2011. On the NEDC test (listings 2008 to 2011), official combined fuel economy for its petrol and diesel versions ranges from 28.2 to 50.4 mpg, with CO2 of 147 to 239 g/km.
