Nissan Qashqai fuel economy and CO2
The Vehicle Certification Agency’s new car data lists the Nissan Qashqai from 2007, and still lists it. On the WLTP test (listings 2019 to 2026), official combined fuel economy for its petrol and diesel versions ranges from 40.2 to 50.4 mpg, with CO2 of 142 to 181 g/km. On the older NEDC test (listings 2007 to 2018), official combined fuel economy for its petrol and diesel versions ranges from 32.8 to 74.3 mpg, with CO2 of 99 to 209 g/km.

Defect
For affected vehicles there is an issue involving the E power Battery Management system (BMS) where warnings and entering limp mode or loss of power cannot be ruled out. Vehicle will not return to normal function until power-latch (IGN off for approximately 30 mins and key away from vehicle).
