Of the privately kept cars, which are registered at home addresses, 2.0% are battery electric (2,380 cars), 4th lowest of 32 councils in Scotland. Companies keep 23.4% of the area’s battery electric cars, against 5.0% of its cars overall. There are also 255 battery electric vans.
