Nissan Primastar fuel economy and CO2
The Vehicle Certification Agency’s new car data lists the Nissan Primastar from 2008 to 2011. On the NEDC test (listings 2008 to 2011), official combined fuel economy for its diesel versions ranges from 32.1 to 37.7 mpg, with CO2 of 199 to 232 g/km.

Defect
For affected vehicles the tyre size has been incorrectly configured in some of the control units. In this condition the calculation of the vehicle speed for display is made using incorrect data. As a result the vehicle displays a calculated vehicle speed that is 2% lower than the actual speed of the vehicle.
Remedy
Reconfigure the Body Control Module (BCM) Anti-Lock braking System (ABS) and Front Camera with the correct tyre size.
