Jaguar F-Pace fuel economy and CO2
The Vehicle Certification Agency’s new car data lists the Jaguar F-Pace from 2016 to 2024. On the WLTP test (listings 2019 to 2024), official combined fuel economy for its petrol and diesel versions ranges from 22.7 to 46.8 mpg, with CO2 of 158 to 281 g/km. On the older NEDC test (listings 2016 to 2018), official combined fuel economy for its petrol and diesel versions ranges from 31.7 to 59.2 mpg, with CO2 of 126 to 209 g/km.

AJ20-D6 Idler Pulley Clash

Defect
A concern has been identified on certain AJ20-D6 engines where the Front End Auxiliary Drive (FEAD) belt idler pulley may over-rotate following a high torsion input and lead to a clash with and damage to the oil pressure and temperature sensor.
Remedy
Vehicles will have the Front-End Auxiliary Drive (FEAD) idler pulley replaced.
