Jaguar E-Pace fuel economy and CO2
The Vehicle Certification Agency’s new car data lists the Jaguar E-Pace from 2018 to 2024. On the WLTP test (listings 2019 to 2024), official combined fuel economy for its petrol and diesel versions ranges from 26.2 to 42.7 mpg, with CO2 of 174 to 244 g/km. On the older NEDC test (listings 2018), official combined fuel economy for its petrol and diesel versions ranges from 35.3 to 60.1 mpg, with CO2 of 124 to 181 g/km.

Jaguar E-Pace safety recalls
DVSA lists 13 safety recalls for the Jaguar E-Pace since 1992, the first in 2018. The most recent was launched on 12 June 2026.

Vehicles have experienced thermal overload which may manifest in smoke or fire that may occur underneath the rear of the vehicle where the high voltage traction battery is located. The root cause is not yet known and investigations are continuing. A vehicle thermal overload condition such as fire or smoke can result in increased risk of occupant injury and/or injury to persons outside the vehicle as well as property damage.
Remedy
Vehicles will be inspected by the retailer and as required at-risk battery packs will be replaced.
A recall applies to cars built on particular dates or with particular VINs, not to every Jaguar E-Pace. The details come from manufacturers through DVSA, which says they may be delayed or
