How we use engine sizes.
Jeep Renegade fuel economy and CO2
The Vehicle Certification Agency’s new car data lists the Jeep Renegade from 2015, and still lists it. On the WLTP test (listings 2019 to 2026), official combined fuel economy for its petrol, diesel and petrol hybrid versions ranges from 31.4 to 52.3 mpg, with CO2 of 122 to 206 g/km; plug-in hybrid versions are rated at 113.0 to 183.4 mpg (weighted). On the older NEDC test (listings 2015 to 2018), official combined fuel economy for its petrol and diesel versions ranges from 40.9 to 64.2 mpg, with CO2 of 115 to 160 g/km.

Defect
On certain vehicles the under-seat intermediate connection or the rear connection to the Integrated Dual Charging Module (IDCM) may not be tightened to the proper torque which may cause overheating of the terminal with risk of thermal incident to surrounding parts.
Remedy
Check the conformity of the fastener torque on the 12V cable connection and if required replacement of the cable.
