How many Honda HR-Vs are left in Great Britain?
There were 59,192 Honda HR-Vs licensed in Great Britain at the end of March 2026, and a further 1,647 declared off the road (SORN).
That is the most on the road at any year end since 1999.

How we use engine sizes.
Honda HR-V fuel economy and CO2
The Vehicle Certification Agency’s new car data lists the Honda HR-V from 2000, when the data begins, and still lists it. On the WLTP test (listings 2019 to 2026), official combined fuel economy for its petrol, diesel and petrol hybrid versions ranges from 39.2 to 56.5 mpg, with CO2 of 104 to 164 g/km. On the older NEDC test (listings 2000 to 2018), official combined fuel economy for its petrol and diesel versions ranges from 32.8 to 70.6 mpg, with CO2 of 104 to 205 g/km.
