The Vehicle Certification Agency’s new car data lists the Peugeot 106 from 2000, when the data begins, to 2003. On the NEDC test (listings 2000 to 2003), official combined fuel economy for its petrol and diesel versions ranges from 33.2 to 54.6 mpg, with CO2 of 138 to 201 g/km.

The driver and where fitted passenger air bags may not deploy correctly in an accident due to a fault in the electronic control unit (ECU).
Remedy
Recall affected vehicles conduct a diagnostic check on the ECU and rectify or replace as appropriate.
