How many Lotus Europas are left in Great Britain?

There were 380 Lotus Europas licensed in Great Britain at the end of March 2026, and a further 266 declared off the road (SORN). That is 3.6% fewer than the peak of 394 in 2024.

Of the 385 Lotus Europas licensed in the UK at the end of 2025, 61.0% have an engine of 1,501cc to 1,600cc, and 18.4% have an engine of 1,401cc to 1,500cc. The share with an engine of 1,901cc to 2,000cc has fallen from 30.1% in 2014 to 14.8%.

The Vehicle Certification Agency’s new car data lists the Lotus Europa from 2006 to 2010. On the NEDC test (listings 2006 to 2010), official combined fuel economy for its petrol versions ranges from 30.0 to 30.4 mpg, with CO2 of 220 g/km.
