Defect
Affected vehicles may experience a temporary loss of braking functionality after coasting downhill when using One Pedal Drive. This could potentially lead to a collision.
Remedy
Install modified software via an Over the Air (OTA) update.

Defect
On affected vehicles the Far-Side Airbag (FSAB) in the left-hand front seat of the car may fail to deploy as intended increasing the risk of injury in impacts from the right-hand side of the vehicle.
Remedy
Replace the Far-Side Airbag (FSAB).

PS2 Seat Bolts

Defect
On affected vehicles it has been identified that the four bolts on the left front seat may not have been torqued correctly at the factory.
Remedy
On the affected vehicles Inspection the torque of all four bolts will be carried out and if necessary adjust the torque to the correct specification.
